Dear Sir/Madam:
I feel as an asset for this job.
I’ve performed in the North Sea several projects for DEME where I was the foreman and team leader of the mechanical/electrical teams under my rotation.
Please, kindly look at my details.
I am interested about the opportunity for Wind Turbine Technician with Prior Marine & Offshore and I am available immediately.
I am a hardworking, well disciplined, motivated individual. I have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with different types of people. I am flexible, adaptable, keen to learn and looking for a lasting career. I will always be willing to undertake any extra training courses required.
I hold a Distinction grade HNC in Mechanical Engineering. I completed these studies while working full time in my previous occupation as an Operational Support for HM Prison Service. I have also had secondary employment during that time working as a Banksman / Slinger for Ship to Shore, gaining experience working in the ports across the North East loading and unloading the cargo.
I have completed various wind industry courses including GWO Basic Technical Training Combined (Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electrical), GWO Working At Height, GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) and more. I feel that while doing these courses I have gained a good grounding with respect to the Health and Safety of the wind industry along with the fundamental skills of the certificates that are required to work on a wind turbine.
I have excellent computer literacy with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
I feel my enthusiasm, commitment, and eagerness to learn will help me quickly gain the experience required. I would like to be given the opportunity to prove myself through hard work to show that I am capable of the work required. I feel my work ethic and dedication would be an asset to Prior Marine & Offshore.
I look forward to hearing from you.
